Purchased from Henri's Bridal in Minerva, OH. Consultant advised me to order gown at a smaller size and it didn't fit upon arrival. Their policy is no returns or exchanges. I didn't want to destroy the pristine gown by having it altered/let-out. Only tried on twice since purchase in April 2019.
