New, Un-altered, Sample dress purchased in July 2016.
A sleek, strapless, drop-waist satin dress with very slight ruching throughout. Fitted through low-hip and then a slight flare to floor, with a small, built-in petticoat. Hidden zipper back, covered with satin buttons that run down the entire dress to the end of the court-length train. In the pictures, the buttons just aren't closed/looped over zipper since i couldnt reach them behind me. :)
The bodice has a hidden bra-closure corset with boning so that the fit can be adjusted slightly (see pictures). There are also small loops at the drop-waist seam that would accommodate a belt, or, as I was planning to do, a seamstress could add a slight fold of the satin to match the rest of the dress to cover the drop-waist seam-line.
Never been worn (other than to try on) and in great condition! Dress has been stored in the plastic dress bag in a closet. Smoke free home. Other than steaming some wrinkles from storage/shipping it should be ready-to wear. Never been altered because it seriously fit perfect off the rack. I'm usually a street-size 8, average up top, and then muscular on the bum/thighs. My Measurements below

The wedding I bought it for never happened. Full retail was $1,198 - but since I bought the sample I got a deal - so I paid $649. I figure someone else might as well enjoy for less than half of what I paid!
