Dress worn once and cleaned. I'm 5'2 and the dress hem fits perfectly. There is no need to get a hem if you are are wearing a 3 inch heel. I'm a 26" in the waist and the waist fit perfectly. My bust size and hips are 33.5 and 36.5, respectively. The only adjustment I needed was in the straps.
