Other Wrap unclassified dresses

Southern Belle look can wear crinolins with dress to make puffer. Purchases in  New Orleans and unsure of designer bc of preservation. Also Unsure of actual waist and hip size as the dress is preserved but guessing based on my size which was and has always been between a 4/6. Was worn once and in brand new like condition.
