**Featured in the Summer 2018 issue of Martha Stewart Weddings!!** This colorful dress is perfect for the unique bride who wants to make a bold artistic statement while still giving a nod to tradition. The rainbow of flowers is happy and celebratory, while the ballgown silhouette keeps it romantic. The watercolor floral pattern is hand-painted on ivory silk organza that is draped over many layers of tulle. This dress floats like a cloud of cotton candy and moves with you when you dance (unlike the many stiff and scratchy ball gowns out there). It has a strapless bodice with a slight dip in the front and draping that helps draw your eye toward the beautiful cluster of enameled metal flowers with crystals at the waist. The back of the gown tapers into a flattering V shape and features a cathedral length train of organza.

I wore this dress for our wedding in June 2017, and the design is from Romona Keveza’s Spring 2016 collection. I am 5’4” barefoot, and I wore this dress with pink sequined 3.5” heels. It has a small tear at the very bottom of the hem (probably beccause it was a tiny bit long for me), but I didn’t bother getting it fixed in case the next bride ended up needing to take up the hem anyway. It’s comfortable to sit, dance, and eat in, and it doesn’t require any crazy Spanx or undergarments.

I loved wearing this dress so much, and I hope it makes another bride just as happy to wear it on her special day! You can see more photos of the dress here:  (I would have listed my dress right after the wedding, however, we promised Martha Stewart Weddings that we wouldn’t release any of the details until the magazine hit the newsstands!)
